This American Range AF35/50 single tank gas fryer, is a high output 3 burner fryer with 120,000 btu's output, ideal for fast food operations as well as other operators needing quick recovery times. AF3550FEATURES:
- Single tank gas fryer with high output - manufactured in the US
- 304 stainless steel tig welded fry tank making it less prone to corrosion and suitable for event and food wagon caterers.
- Supplied with 2 baskets each being 160 x 320mm
- Frying area - 356 x 356mm
- Oil Capacity - 20 litre
- 3 x burner tubes provides fast heat recovery
- High Output = 80lbs of fries per hour
- Millivolt controls require no electrical feed
- Stainless steel exterior door, front facia, and rear flue.
